- Enjoy working in a variety of licensed childcare centres

- Are reliable and committed to accepted shifts
- Communicate professionally and stay connected with our staffing team
- Have experience working in a licensed Canadian childcare centre
- Love creating safe, engaging, and positive experiences for children
- If applying as an RECE: Hold an Early Childhood Education diploma and maintain good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators
- If applying as an ECA: Have relevant childcare experience and a strong understanding of licensed childcare environments

Qualifications
Requirements may vary depending on the role, but applicants may be asked to provide:
- Vulnerable Sector Screening
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- Immunization Documentation
- Relevant Childcare Experience
- RECE Registration (for RECE positions)
- College of Early Childhood Educators – Good Standing (RECE)

At MeLor, we're more than a childcare staffing company.
We also support community programming, special projects, and emergency response initiatives throughout Ontario. As new projects arise, we hire based on each project's location and staffing needs, creating additional opportunities for our team to gain valuable experience while supporting communities across the province.
