MeLor is a family-owned and operated organization dedicated to supporting children, families, childcare centres, and communities across Ontario.

Founded by experienced childcare professionals, MeLor was built on a passion for creating positive experiences for children while providing dependable support to the organizations that care for them. Our roots are in childcare, and that foundation continues to guide everything we do today.
Over the years, we have grown from a small staffing provider into a trusted partner for childcare centres, community organizations, and emergency response initiatives. While our services have expanded, our commitment remains the same: supporting people through meaningful relationships, exceptional service, and a genuine dedication to the communities we serve.
Our Story
MeLor was created by a family that understands childcare from the inside out.
With years of hands-on experience working directly with children, families, educators, and childcare programs, we recognized the need for a staffing and support partner that truly understood the realities of the childcare sector.
We believed there was an opportunity to do things differently—by focusing on relationships, responsiveness, and personalized service rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
That philosophy continues to shape our organization today. Whether we're supporting a childcare centre with staffing needs or creating engaging programs for children and families, our goal is always to provide reliable support while making a positive impact.
