When we say MeLor is family-owned, we really mean it.

Our business is run by two sisters, our mom, our brother — and every now and then, even our dad gets pulled in to help.

MeLor started as a family business, and as we’ve grown, that hasn’t changed. In fact, it’s become one of the things we’re most proud of.

Like most families, we’re all different. We have different strengths, different responsibilities and, yes, definitely different opinions.

But that’s part of what makes it work.

Behind MeLor are family members handling operations, staffing, payroll, administration, business development, client relationships, marketing and everything else that comes with running a growing company.

And when things get busy? Everyone jumps in.

There have been plenty of days when job titles go out the window and it’s simply, “What needs to get done?”
